With having a very inconsistent winter our fishing has stayed consistently good. We are seeing plentiful of bait on our flats which are holding good numbers of redfish and trout. One trip we chased after snook and had a good day. Catching 10 snook the biggest being 28 inches.

Had a group that never thrown lures. Couple lessons and they had bent rods couple minutes into our first spot. We had redfish stacked on a shoreline. Evergone catching fish. They had a grea time!

Despite windy conditions South Padre offer is protected waters that hold good water clarity. This day was one of those days where the wind didn’t stop blowing but the fishing was still consistent. Guys were able to catch some nice fish.
