Four hour afternoon trip bottom fishing with captain Kihe and deckhand Tracey. My wife and I were treated to an amazing first time bottom fishing trip. Got to the the Grounds and first cast captain Kihe put me on the bite. This boat was amazing. Nonstop action. We caught some nice trivali, surgeon fish, uku, and several other fish. Great trip! We pinged so many anglers before booking to make sure we found someone that would put us on fish. Most anglers are looking for trophies. We just wanted fish for dinner! Boat was comfortable - lots of shade. Captain Kihe and Tracy were amazing hosts working with us to ensure we landed fish. Communication lead g up to and after our trip was amazing. Definitely recommended for those looking to catch!

My family and I were very lucky to have Captain Kevin take us out for a 4 hour fishing charter out of Kona. Kevin and crew have something very special going. We had constant action and caught several species. The crew is very personable, educational, and very good with kids. Captain Kevin is a class act and fun to hang out with. The boat and gear are great as well, with plenty of shade. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking to get out on the water in Kona. Best fishing charter we’ve ever had.

We had so much fun on our first trip with the crew of Ocean Blue that we had to book a second a year later. VERY family friendly, caught a lot of fish, enjoyed the wealth of knowledge that the captains had about everything fish and ocean. The communication leading up to the trip was awesome! Kevin personally called us to check in prior to our trip and all of our fishing requests were fulfilled. We will book a third trip next time we are in Kona!
