We love having up and comer kids to go with us and pride ourselves on teaching and helping them. You can see this from our pictures and reviews, and that’s why you booked with us. As far as cancellation goes, we never cancel until the day of or the day before, as we all know the weather man is wrong 95 percent of time. You are correct I did confirm it was going to be rough for your 6 hour, not an 8 hour trip (as you booked the 6). I also did offer you another day to go if we canceled at the dock, because if we go I am going to have fuel and labor expenses (as my mate did not get a tip). I also said we could stop and catch bait, and that would give the kids time to feel how rough it was. If you wanted to go in at that time, I would still take you on sat afternoon. You guys said you were good let’s go fishing. You let me run out about 35 min before you made me turn around. I had 2 hours of expenses and I told you I would do the remaining 4 on sat. You got mad and left the dock, texted 9 hours later talking about Sat. After not hearing from you I booked a trip, just as I could have for Thursday morning and taken people that wanted to go. I can’t not book trips and hold dates open. As far as the refund you finally asked after 24 hours of writing this review. I apologize for your experience but we run a very tight business, and we will give you options If it’s rough before we go.
