Thank you for taking the time to share feedback about your recent charter experience. I’m glad to hear you had a beautiful day out on the water aboard our vessel. However, I regret that the fishing results did not meet your expectations.

The ritual of offshore fishing in the Florida Keys includes catching live bait on the way out, first thing in the morning.
Most times the bait fish cooperate and having freshly caught bait on board is not a problem.  Every now and then catching live bait can prove to be a challenge. 

Providing an enjoyable offshore adventure focused on catching fish is a priority. It’s disheartening to learn we fell short on delivering the bigger fish you were hoping for. I will be sure to review this outing with our crew to understand what issues arose and how we can improve moving forward.
