Thank you for taking the time to share feedback about your recent charter experience. I’m glad to hear you had a beautiful day out on the water aboard our vessel. However, I regret that the fishing results did not meet your expectations.

The ritual of offshore fishing in the Florida Keys includes catching live bait on the way out, first thing in the morning.
Most times the bait fish cooperate and having freshly caught bait on board is not a problem. Every now and then catching live bait can prove to be a challenge.

Providing an enjoyable offshore adventure focused on catching fish is a priority. It’s disheartening to learn we fell short on delivering the bigger fish you were hoping for. I will be sure to review this outing with our crew to understand what issues arose and how we can improve moving forward.

Thank you again for the honest review. Customer satisfaction is extremely important, and constructive feedback helps us get better. I hope you’ll give us another opportunity to provide the premium fishing experience we strive for. Please feel free to contact me directly if you ever wish to rebook.

10/10 recommend fishing with The Coastal Dreams. Our whole experience was amazing. Despite having questionable weather, Captain Ben was ready to go upon arrival. The boat was absolutely beautiful, clean, and stocked for fishin! Our captain put us some fish, no problem at all. Our deck hand, Hunter, was absolutely amazing and made our trip a breeze. We did not know what to expect prior stepping on the boat. Not sure we will catch anything…haha, were we wrong. The captain and his crew went beyond our expectations and delivered big time. Boat was very cosy, we cought tuna, mahi mahi, and several other types of fish. I cant even describe how happy we were. Would highly recommend!

Capt. Addison and 1st Mate, Garry, worked extremely well together! Ask for the pair if able. Addison got us on the fish from the tower and Garry was rocking the tackle. The reason for the trip was to get my son and his friend offshore for the first time. We pulled in at least 20 yellow fin snapper as well as several Bonita. There were some times when we were dropping fish in the kill box as quick as Garry could rig the tackle. Total win!
