1st trip to Hawaii, 1st time taking 3 family members on the ocean fearing they may get seasick. Joe and Shawn made sure our trip was not only comfortable and fun, but rewarding with some rockfish and a nice Skipjack. They were friendly and knowledgeable which made us feel at home and as people, not just clients. They worked 110% to put us on fish, in a time where no other boats were landing fish. Highly recommend and will definitely look them up the next time we are on the big island.

We had a great 4 hour trip out on the water, with Captain Shawn and Joe.  Shawn was knowledgeable and told us all about the difference lures he was using and the kinds of fish we were hoping to catch. Joe told us all sorts of stuff about Hawaii along with some other fun facts .  Although we did not catch any fish :( , we did get to see a few Pilot Whales which was very cool. We would for sure fish with these guys again. Better luck next time .

This was our third time on a fishing charter in Kona, and it was by far the best experience of them all. Shawn and Joe were great. Joe drove the boat expertly and Shawn hooked the fish like a pro. We ended up landing seven mahi mahi and one rainbow runner. They were also both very personable. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a great fishing experience.

We’re not experienced with deep sea fishing, but Shawn and Joe made us feel like we knew what we were doing. If you have the chance to book, you will have a great time with this fishing duo!! We were able to catch two ono, Shawn prepared the fished for us to take and eat in our lodging. It is delicious and we will book with them again when we return!
