Our trip with Captain Cody was very good.  Not because we caught buckets of fish. It was because he tried like hell to find fish. It has been really cold here, and the water temperatures are pretty low and effecting the bite. He spent extra time with us, where most trips would have had us back to the dock an hour sooner.  He even stopped on the way back, trying to have dolfins follow us in our wake. We had an amazing time on our fishing charter with Captain Cody! He was awesome from start to finish. He is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely fun to be around. He did an excellent job getting us on the fish, and he was absolutely wonderful with our 4-year-old, making the whole experience exciting and comfortable for our little one. Captain Cody gave us an unforgettable fishing trip. We caught sheepshead and red drum, and at one point a dolphin swooped in and took one of our discarded fish—something you don’t see every day. On top of great fishing, Captain Cody showed real professionalism and care by helping a pelican that had gotten hooked and safely removing it. You can tell he knows the water and respects the wildlife. Fantastic experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
