A slow start but a strong finish to our UNFORGETTABLE fishing trip! The boat was clean and comfortable, and the gear was top-notch. Trevor, our guide was a beast! Very energetic, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about fishing — he knew all the best spots and gave great tips that helped us reel in a monster and a few nice ones. The scenery was breathtaking, and we even spotted a “sailing” jellyfish along the way!
The best part? After an exciting day on the water, we cooked our fresh catch and enjoyed the most relaxing evening imaginable. Hammocks, summer cocktails, and a dip in the pool before savoring the flavor of fish we’d caught ourselves, was the perfect ending to a perfect day. Highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for an unforgettable blend of adventure and relaxation

Trevor n Holly are AMAZING!!!!!!! My daughter n I did a fishing trip & all so a river trip the following day! BOTH were beyond PERFECT!!!! Trevor is an amazingly informative n cool guy. (Kind of guy I’d love to be friends with) I nor my daughter could have asked for a better fishing guide or a river tour guide. What a great experience.  I had never used a motorized reel before but once I got the hang of it, we had fish coming up pretty regularly.  We ended up with red snapper, grouper and a 6 foot shark!  The crew then prepared the catch and cooked it for me, while I waited in the pool at their private vacation retreat.  Delicious!  Highly recommend this trip!

My husband and I love to fish and decided to book a charter during our Honeymoon in Cartagena. I’m SO glad we decided to go with this tour from Bomba Tours. We had the absolute best day - Trevor, Heather, Jason and the team were great, and so fun to hang out with. They had everything ready for the day - snacks, water, juice, beer - and gear ready to go. We went out and started trolling, and immediately hit 2 tuna! Then we spent the rest of the day deep dropping for snapper, and got a bunch! After we got back for the day, they prepared the fish and cooked it up for us right there onsite - we got to try fresh ceviche with the snapper, fresh sashimi with the tuna, and whole fried snapper. Overall, it was an incredible day and experience, and we’re so grateful to their team!

We had an amazing fishing day tour in Cartagena with Trevor and Holly. It was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, Trevor made us feel right at home. He’s not only super knowledgeable about the area and fishing, but also a genuinely great host.

We went out with him and caught tuna and a few other types of fish which was amazing. After the catch, we brought the fish back to Trevor’s camp and cooked it right there. We did some Tuna sashimi and white fish ceviche! The food was incredible fresh, and flavorful.

To top it all off, Trevor surprised us with a fun bike ride around the Island, giving us a more local and off-the-beaten-path experience of Cartagena. It was beyond just a tour and it felt like spending the day with a good friend who really knows how to show you the best of the cartagena.
