I have to admit we were very surprised by your review. It seemed like you guys were having a great day.

Our people work very hard to provide excellent service. We try to be as helpful as possible and that is why we have one of crew members pick you up first thing in the morning and transport you to our meeting point. We also provide most groups with a free breakfast while we load the boat. Just as we did for you and your partner. That day we managed to catch an enormous grouper. You even agreed to join us to eat fresh fish and ceviche back at our place after the charter. 

It’s unfortunate one of you became seasick but that is not something we can control. You still managed to stay out on the water for 5 out of the 6 hours you paid for. And don’t forget our description on this site does explain that we are more than happy to offer an ATV ride to end your day if your trip is cut a little short due to sea-sickness.

It’s to bad you didn’t say anything to me at the time. We would have been more than happy to accommodate you as we are highly committed to delivering the best experience and of course, the best fishing charter no other company in the city provides.

This one was a bit of a head scratcher to me. In any case, we wish you the best Kenney.
