After a few weeks of tough fishing, the switch has been flipped and we are officially into spring fishing mode, the best time of the year for inshore fishing! Large Snook and Trout are abundant, with the chance of catching a Tarpon as well, but it still may be a few weeks before they are caught in abundant numbers. The snook have been much more active this week with warming water temperatures. Many snook in the 20-30 inch range are being caught, while night time snook fishing remains the best choice.
