The Spotted Trout are chewing

We went out targeting the spotted trout on a mid flood tide, in the mid afternoon. Conditions were cloudy with a north east wind averaging around 10 mph. The trout were biting intermitently for a while until the last 2 hours of the trip when they got fired up. We boated around 10 spotted trout, with most being just under the legal limit, but kept a couple keepers for the table.
