This was one of the boys first time ever fishing and he was so excited to catch this fish! He caught a bunch after it but will never forget fishing with his friend and father today. Those who fish together are friends for life. Smallies ranged from 8 feet of water to 18 feet as the sun came out, and the winds were fierce.

This client was from Texas and has never caught a Pike. This one was his first of many and he loved it. The water was around 78 degrees and he had a blast throwing blad baits through the weeds. Once he understood how to rip and pause he kept me (aka the netman ) busy.

This trip was special as i was hired by Buzz, to fish for Lake trout with prototype rods and prototype baits, and we caught them. I was in approximately 80-120 feet of water and the new techniques will be released soon and availble for clients of TheHautdoors.
