I had the pleasure of taking Sarah and Scott out Tuesday afternoon. The gulf was very swelly and a little on the mean side. To avoid these conditions we slid back into some calm, protected waters. Sarah brought lady luck with her and caught her biggest fish to date with a nice bull red! Scott, a former Alaskan crab fisherman, lived up to his reputation pulling in a chunk of oysters that was home to little crabs along with these two pistol shrimp! Thats the first time i can remember anyone catching pistol shrimp!! Pretty neat. We had a nice day on the water and lots of good conversation.
