Steve and crew came up and I planned on trolling. Bad decision on my part. It dawned with a cold NW wind. 3-4 foot waves and rain. We switched rods at the dock and prepared the bottom bouncers. We fought the waves going north towards Canada for 10 miles and set up. It wasn't easy, but the crew stood in there and fished, It took a few moves, several drifts, but---18 quality walleyes came over the side and in the box. Oh, slowly it became warmer.
