The water temps and many boaters makes the fishing harder this time of year but we managed to pop off a few Spotted Bass in deep water brush and some catfish even stepped up.

The high wind causesd white caps on the water and the air was pretty chilly. Our clients said let go for it anyway so thats what we did. I put in the work to produce some quality fish. The weather was perfect and the bites were right on time. We started off fishing in 30’ ft of water casting Jigs and slowly trolling. Every techniqued worked. I put our client on Fish right away for him to catch a mixed bag of Hybrids, Crappies and Spotted Bass.
