HUGE Black Sea Bass on our recent offshore bottom fishing trip. 3 bass were over 19 inches!!! Caught on squid, fishing in at least 90 feet of water. Targeting these fish on 6hr & 8hr fishing trips.

While trolling at the Gulfstream for Wahoo we marked some **hidden content** bottom in 170 feet of water. The sonar showed the schools of fish stretching from the bottom up 100 feet. As soon as our Anglers dropped their jigs down they had insane bites. Almaco Jacks and African Pompano are great fighting fish and taste delicious as well. Our Anglers had a blast and already booked another trip in May.

99” length, 474# live weight, 365# core weight. Caught less than 1 mile from the beach in 22 feet of water. This Bluefin Tuna ate a live bluefish and the fight lasted about 45 minutes. Whales, Thresher Sharks, and Great White Sharks were all seen from the boat. Great time to be out on the water in North Carolina!

Looks like some good weather days will start come Thursday, March 30th. With temperatures increasing larger Bonito are being found closer to the beach. Big humpback Black Seabass are plentiful in 8–12nm range. Snake King Mackerel are being found in those same areas! As soon as we get a chance to run to the Gulf Stream we will surely find Wahoo and big gaffer Mahi-Mahi!

Consistent bite leading up to and since our last trip. Still plenty of fish in the area and definitely worth targeting them in Onslow Bay during this part of the winter.

Beautiful and calm day out on the ocean. Very warm water temperatures made fishing extremely challenging and we only had one bite all day. However, we capitalized on that planer bite and boated this nice 45lb Wahoo! Tuna and Wahoo fishing should turn on in the coming weeks as water temperatures cool.
