Our charter today was a guy that we normally take out once a year and he always seems to luck out with the weather and fishing. This morning he showed up but the rest of his crew didn’t make it. No worries, we still headed offshore. Upon arrival I knew fishing was going to be good. Conditions were perfect and the fish were everywhere! We caught mahi all day. These guys wanted to go tug on some fish and we certainly did that! We ran out to 90 feet of water and dropped some live baits down to the bottom. It was non stop action, they yanked on big red snapper, amberjacks and gag grouper. They pulled on fish until they had enough. We had a great day out on the water, we fished in the 90 - 110 foot range and had non stop action all day! Tons of big red snapper, a couple grouper, plenty of vermillion snapper and triggerfish. The fishing is hot right now!

Another beautiful day out on the water! We had a couple more first timers and I think its safe to say that they had a good time. We caught mahi mahi all morning! It slowed down for us around lunch time so we decided to come back in and do some bottom fishing to round out the trip. They were hungry as well! We started out this trip with one mission in mind. It was Laytons first time offshore fishing and he wanted nothing but to catch a big mahi! And we did not disappoint! He caught several nice mahi over 25 pounds. We bounced around all day and caught plenty of them to go around. We also ended the day catching a beautiful sailfish.
