Dad and I took a trip with Shennen for fathers day and it did not disappoint. The boat was clean and Captain was fun and he put us on the fish. We enjoyed our day and look forward to our next trip with Inshore Addictz.

From start to finish, our experience with Inshore Addictz Charters was exceptional. Captain Shennen went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready for a fantastic day on the water. When we arrived at the dock, the boat was fueled, spotless, and fully stocked with live bait—every detail taken care of.

Captain Shennen was incredibly friendly and engaging, especially with my 13-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter. He took the time to share his knowledge with them, teaching them how to bait their hooks, cast effectively, and understand the behavior of different types of fish. His ability to balance instruction with encouragement was impressive—he knew exactly when to step in and when to give the kids space to learn on their own.

Unlike some charter experiences where the captain does all the work, Captain Shennen ensured the kids were fully involved in every aspect of the fishing experience. His approach was hands-on, educational, and tailored perfectly to their age and interest level.

Of course, fishing is never a guarantee, but Captain Shennen’s deep understanding of the tides, wind conditions, and fish patterns meant we stayed flexible and moved locations as needed. Thanks to his expertise, we had a very productive day—landing around 20 fish! While we chose to release most, we kept a few, and upon our return, Captain Shennen expertly cleaned and filleted them for us to take home.

Most importantly, the kids had an absolute blast. The experience created lasting memories, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how the day turned out.

We arrived to the dock and the boat was in the water and live shrimp was being loaded in the bait well. We set out to the first drop and that set the day off. We fished for almost 6 and a half hours, because Shennen wanted to keep us on the fish. I was hoping for am inshore slam but I couldn’t buy a damn flounder. Slot reds, Black Drum, Trout and Flounder were eating strong. If you want a good Captain and a fun time give Shennen a call. I will most definitely be going again in the fall. Had a great day out with Inshore Addictz Charter. It was a little cold out but Captain Shennen Holtz knew exactly where to go for some good size fish. I even assisted him with the data collection and tagging of a beautiful redfish. I would definitely go out again.
