I would highly recommend SCW Charters for anyone looking for a great day of fishing. Captain Jerry is top notch and I will be booking again very soon.
We had a great time with Captain Jerry! He knew exactly where to go for some nice pike, and we got our limit. It was a rainy day but totally calm (!) on the river and with the bimini and curtains we had the option to stay out of the weather. Jerry and his wife did a great job cleaning our catch and we now have many dinners worth in our freezer. We would absolutely recommend SCW Charters and Captain Jerry for a fun and productive day of fishing!
Captain Jerry was great for our charter trip. My dad and I had originally booked a trip for walleye but Jerry had informed us beforehand that they were not in the area as of yet. We trolled for walleye for the first 2 hours or so with no bites until Jerry switched up his lures to target different fish (northern pike, musky, etc). we ended up catching a 3.5lbs largemouth and a 30 inch pike. Jerry brought the pike back to his house (about 5 minute drive from the marina) where him and his wife carefully filleted and deboned our pike for us. We ended up with around 1.5lbs of meat to bring home. Jerry was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was willing to teach us new fishing techniques/locations. I would definitely recommend Jerry if you are looking to troll for big game fish.

Exceptional trip! Weather was perfect. We had fish biting before we even got fully setup. Got a big bass and lots of Northern Pike.
Jerry was very knowledgeable. I let him know we would be out for a special occasion and he helped us make some great memories. The boat comfortably fit 3 people for our trip. However, there are technically 4 chairs (driver seat plus 3).
Boat is very clean. Ride to and from our prime fishing spot was shorter than expected which left more time for fishing! Boat offered a canvas top for shade which was really nice to avoid the heat/sun shining directly down.
**Side note- I tend to get nauseous from waves on trips that go far out into lake or ocean. I experienced none of that on this trip! Fishing on river, I could still see land the entire trip. We specifically went on the Northern Pike trip so not sure if it would change for other areas but I imagine not.
In my opinion, value for your money can not be matched.
