This was a mind-boggling experience. We caught 22 Striped Bass, and 20 were too big to keep. Most were well over 32” and some over 40”. Usually, you try to catch fish that are big enough to keep. We had an AWESOME time with Captain Matt. He met us right at the marina and was on time and ready to go right at our appointed time. Matt has a nice, clean and comfortable boat (including a dry-storage chest for our stuff). We went out in the afternoon and Captain Matt knew some good spots. We ended up catching striper bass and black seabass on our trip! Captain Matt was friendly, helpful and assisted us with the actual fishing. He even cut the filets on board for us.
