I’m sorry to hear you were not happy, in your messages through fishingBooker you never mentioned Grouper, because gag grouper is closed season and reds are out min. 35miles I would have told you it’s not possible on a 6hr trip. When it was clear on the morning of your trip you could have opted out but you or your crew said “We are here to fish so let’s go” . I certainly understand that people from up north that don’t fish a lot or maybe fish only lakes don’t realize how important good tides are to our fishing here in the gulf, it’s unfortunate the tides the day of your trip were the slowest of the month and the Cobia, Snook and Permit that we have been doing wasn’t going to work, I wish I could take people on days I know where the best but then it would be a hobby and not a business. It’s why when it was clear it wasn’t going to get better I suggest to save you $200 and call it a half day which we did. Lastly the listing for my boat says there is no head . There is a lot of boats on FishingBooker perhaps you were looking at a different listing if it said there was a head. By the way sheephead aren’t just for tourists lots of us Floridians love sheephead in the winter when they are offshore , delicious !!
