You can’t always predict the weather. Coming out of the bay the West wind made the water choppy. The hope was that the waves would not pick up and we could snag some Spanish Mackerel. Captain Mike has a great charter service. He did a wonderful job with my 12 year old son and his cousin. We moved around to a number of fishing locations in the gulf searching for fish. This kept the boys entertained with not only fishing, but with riding in the boat and looking at the oil rigs. When the fishing slowed down and the temperature went up, the boys wanted to take a dip in the gulf. Captain Mike even joined in the fun by jumping in the water.

Mike did a great job putting us on the fish. Very knowledgeable on fishing techniques for the area. Also had some good historical knowledge of the Fort Morgan/Mobile Bay Area. Great time with my 10 year old son. We definitely will be back. Thanks Mike!
