Great time with family and friends made much nicer by crew
Thanks for the review Rick!
Good Times with Good folks taking care of ya . Flawless Trip .
Awesome! Thank you!
Booked a spot on a shared expense 8 hour trip. Boat appeared very experienced but still well kept and very much seaworthy. Middle of May so not the ideal time for open seasons. (Red Snapper, Gag Grouper and Amber Jack all closed) That didn’t matter. I believe everyone on board had a great time. I caught a really nice Red Snapper and watched as another guy brought a 7-8ft. Sand Shark alongside the boat on what looked to be little more than Bass fishing tackle. It was no more that 30lb. line. That was Impressive. THE CREW WORKED THEIR COLLECTIVE TAILS OFF TO FILL THE COOLERS. On the way out we did some fast trolling and on the first hookup they put the rod in a kids hands and coached him until he brought it in. Nice touch crew. I’ve been fishing offshore about 25-30 times and have never seen a Triggerfish as large as one that went in the box. We had to move several times because of Flipper stealing our fish but we still managed to make a great haul considering the closed seasons. The last several trips I’ve booked with other Capt’s have had that same problem with dolphin so I guess it just goes with offshore fishing these days. We caught mostly Beliners, Triggers and Almico Jacks with a few other odds and ends thrown in, but the Beliners average size was very good. Just to make sure everyone got enough fishing we stayed out about 2 extra hours. My arms, back and shoulders are still sore from the workout. Thanks Capt. Leveral and Crew. I’ll be back.
