2 kids aged 11 and 13 and 2 adults on fishing trip. We ended up hooking 3 Jack Cravelle but only landed the smaller two which were about 35 and 30 pounds respectively. The bigger one got away.  It was likely about 50 pounds but as time goes on its likely to get bigger! Fun day on the boat. We started with fishing for some live bait and then went on to focus on the Jacks.  Not much else biting. Only disappointment was not catching a tasty fish but it was exciting AND tiring to reel in something so large and feisty. Was a family effort to bring them in.  Thanks Mike

This was our first charter and first time using the reels. Captain Mike was very patient and kept a good attitude until we could do it ourselves. He was engaged with us the whole trip. Captain kept us on the fish right to the end. My kids 18 , 13 had a blast. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins jumping out of the water playing with each other. Captain cleaned our fish and sent us to a restaurant around the corner who cooked it for us at a reasonable price.  Overall great experience!

Thank you again for the trip out. It was great when you pointed out things as we were heading out and even better when we got something on the line. It was fun reeling in the fish.  Also thank you for filleting the fish and telling of a restaurant that would cook it for you. We appreciated everything.

If I could give 10 stars it still wouldn’t be enough! Captain Mike is knowledgeable, friendly and the best choice for a charter in our opinion! Captain Mike taught us about each of the fish we caught and was extremely patient and helpful to those of us who needed it . He even explained how the wakes worked from the other boats and pointed out dolphins and the rocket ship and launch pads at Cape Canaveral. Our group of 6 was very comfortable onboard lots of room for everyone. Captain Mike took us out to the perfect spot we each had a turn at pulling in the black nose fighters ! Cold water provided on board and everything you need to catch ‘‘em all! You can bring your own snacks and drinks and relax and enjoy the weather until the big ones get hungry :)  After over 4 hours on the water Captain Mike then filleted both of our sharks and split them up for our party to take home. . If you are considering a fishing charter on the west cost you should definitely give Captain Mike a shout . He will take care of you like family!

Myself and my young boys (age 7 and 10) had a great trip. Captain Mike was friendly and informative. And Captain Dave that was with him was exceptionally great too. We caught some smaller fish while we waited for the sharks to bite. Our boys had the time of their life - until a shark got in the boat then I thought they were going to jump in the water to get away. Captain Mike read the room perfectly and tricked my oldest into holding the shark (pictured above). He first told him just to put his hands there then moved his hands away and he was holding it! My son was half “this is the best thing ever” and half “please save me Lord Jesus”.  He talked about it still this morning (“can you believe I held a shark, dad” and “I can’t believe I did that”). They enjoyed catching fish and hearing the stories. The Captain was extremely informative and exceptionally good with kids. I highly recommend it and we can’t wait to go back!
