Been on Captain To I’d boat multiple times.  Great captain, puts you on the fish.  We started out our 8 hour deep sea sport fishing trip reef fishing the bottom.  Caught 12 red vermillion, grunts and big Trigger fish within 30 minutes of dropping lines.  Kept bottom fishing (tried a couple different spots) and drifting bait and chumming,  Caught a very large, Mangrove snapper (very mature adult), been fishing these waters for years, mostly during Mangrove snapper season, never caught one.  That catch made my trip.  The other person in my party, Michael, caught the large Trigger fish (Michael has never been deep sea fishing), a large Baracuda and several nice sized Bonita’s (False Albacore Tuna’s).  Trolling was slow but we had a beautiful morning, good temps (overcast good part of the morning) and saw a tom of sea life I recorded:  Spotted porpoises, school of flying fish, bait balls galore and I finally landed a sub-adult Barcuda on a planar line.  All in all, Tony put us on the fish, never a doubt, they just weren’t hitting our trolling lures rigged with Bonita.  Can’t blame the captain for that.  Russ, his mate, was OUTSTANDING.  Super-Friendly, took great care of Michael and I and was positive the whole trip.  Fishing, deep sea, inland, fresh water is not all about just catching a monster, it’s about enjoying nature and the peace of the sea.  Tony and Russ delivered that.  Thanks again Captain Tony - Greg

We originally booked a 10-hour fishing charter with Captain Tony and his mate Russ, but had to cut it down to 6 hours after a few of us started turning a lovely shade of green. Captain Tony and Russ were total pros—super understanding and didn’t make us walk the plank (though we probably deserved it). Despite the shortened trip, Captain Tony and Russ had a solid game plan and knew exactly where to go. Russ kept the vibes light and made sure we still had a great time. We even managed to catch some fish—so we didn’t go home empty-handed or totally defeated by the sea. Highly recommend this crew if you’re looking for skill, patience and a good time!

They were knowledgeable and helpful. They moved us until found fish. Caught a ton of large red snapper… unfortunately we had to toss then back because they aren’t in season. We also caught a large, beautiful dolphin (mahi-mahi) which well keep, and an amber jack, which well also keep.

Overall, an excellent fishing trip and a great time with my brothers.

My friends and I had a great trip with Reel Complusive!  We did a 10 hr trip as we want to troll and not bottom fish.  We caught many different species from Barracuda’s, Benito’s and Blue Runners. Later in the trip the First Mate Russ started going nuts and grab the rod.  3 strikes later he got a beautiful Saifish to take.  We were able to land him and our entire crew was over the moon!  Captain Tony put us on the meat and Mate Russ was the best!  he never stopped working to get us in a position for success!

My family had an awesome time on the Hogtide for our 10 hour deep sea fishing trip. Plenty of variety of fish to catch and quick responses and adjustments to keep us on the fish at all times. The crew are top notch and are extremely helpful for new anglers to deep sea fishing. We will be back.
