We had a 4 hr fishing trip on Delevan lake with Captain Jory. Had blue gills biting as soon as our bait was in the water. I recommend catch and release on the blue gills if you think you can get meat off them. Very little meat. We didn’t realize. Back to our excursion. We then went to another location and caught small mouth bass and walleye. It was a family fun event on the water. Thx Captain!

Captain Jory had us on fish from the very first cast. My grandson, wife and I had a great time catching BIG bluegills and some smallmouth bass. The Captain went out of his way to make our trip a memorable one and he truly succeeded. Captain Jory is very friendly and knowledgeable and has an ability to teach you how to fish correctly for a fun filled trip.

Captain Jory put us the fish and we caught over 50 fish using Jory’s modified drop shot using both leeches and worms.  Others around us were not seen to catch fish.  Had a great time with Jory.  He explained everything on on to fish for both bass and bluegills.

You really don’t need a thing except drink, snack, and $6 cash for parking. Jory is the bluegill whisperer. And for those wanting bass, he will guide you on that too. Jory was very patient with my son and taught him so much. We will be back!

This was a birthday present for Richard and Bill… Johnson brothers and grandson Jace. This was their first charter fishing trip and they loved it. Captain Jory made it fun for all and Jace said it was the Best Day of his Life.
