This trip had a couple of things going against it: high temperatures and high tide. When we headed out we were about an hour or two away from peak tide conditions, and the waters were moving fairly quickly. Also, the temperature was in the mid 70s when we got in the boat. Hey, it’s Georgia in the summertime…that’s just how it is. All that notwithstanding, Captain Tony was GREAT! He did everything possible to put us on the fish. I missed a hook set at the first spot, so that one was on me.... Еще

Captain Tony was amazing. Even though the weather was against us this weekend. He made sure the trip was nothing short of great. We didn’t catch as many as we’d like but we did leave with some whiting. We caught and released a few sharks. Boy were they fun to pull in. If you are looking for a very fin and full of knowledge about fishing. This is your guy. We will definitely be back to see him. Thanks again Captain

Skunked - no fish but great time

Unfortunately, no fish.  However, I’ll not fault Tony for that.  We picked a bad day - right after a full moon.  We tried everything!  Bigger water, remote creeks, live shrimp, bottom fishing, dead shrimp unpeeled, with corks, dead shrimp unpeeled.  One small ray and a few nibbles.  Windy day.  Tony burned a helluva lot of gas and energy trying to make something happen.  In the end, it was a beautiful day to be out!  Saw great parts of Ossobaw and St Catherine’s.
