It was our first time on a charter and the trip was excellent.  The fishing was great and everything we expected and more

We loved our morning on the water with Captain Ben! He was very patient and taught my kids some new fishing techniques. He kept us moving to new sites so we caught as many fish as possible and made managing the rods and bait effortless for us. We caught multiple types of fish we had never even heard of and got up close with several dolphins which was amazing! Definitely recommend Great Southern Fishing Charters! We’ll be back!

We made the most out of this 4 hour trip! Every spot ,Captain Benjamin took us to, was filled with fish that were ready to be caught! There was a variety of different fish caught, and I’m happy Captain Benjamin knew of every fish type and how the fish tasted! The mangrove fish and red fish were tasty! I recommend this charter and Captain Benjamin! He has great music taste! Thank you!

Ben is a great captain.  Very personable, helpful and accommodating.  We booked a shark trip…when we had no luck he suggested we try for a different type of fish. He gave us a couple of options with a suggestion.  We took his suggestion, and both reeled in a couple of good sized redfish.  Definitely a great way to end the day. I highly recommend Great Southern Fishing Charters.

This was our first time shark fishing and even though we didn’t land one in the boat, Captain Ben and his deck hand Tim did a fantastic job of getting sharks on the line with some interesting changes in the water.  Seeing that 5’ Black tip alongside the boat my daughter reeled in before it broke the line was awesome !! Looking forward to booking another trip, HIGHLY recommend!!
