We booked a 6 hour trip with Captain Freddy Ku Bermon. Trip was suppose to start at 7:00. Captain texted me and said crew was running late. They showed up at 7:20. No problem, stuff happens although there was no apology from the crew. Also after starting out of the harbor we find out the captain is Freddys brother. Again seemed ok as he stated he normally captains another boat in the area. Fishing was slow but we landed 5 fish throughout the day. Again understood, it’s called fishing not catching and there was a lot of sargassum floating which made it harder to navigate. Just wish the crew had better people skills. They did their jobs but with very little communication. Over all I would give the trip an average rating at best.

The boat and crew were amazing. They worked very hard to ensure a perfect experience. We caught 2 sailfish with their skill and persistence. I will book with them whenever we are in the Playa del Carmen area.

Wonderful experience with this team. While nothing is ever guaranteed fishing out in the deep, these guys put us on the fish! Caught more than expecting during the off season. Very nice variety of fish as well. We caught Cuda’s, Mahi’s, Amber Jack, Bonito’s, and even a 30 plus lb. wahoo. Thanks for the amazing time guys. We will see you again soon!

Amazing trip with Captain Freddy and his crew! They are extremely professional and friendly. These guys know what they are doing. Had several avid fishermen on our trip and they said this was the best run charter they have been on!!! If you like to fish this boat is for you! We also got to take a dip in the water at the very end which was a nice treat.

We most definitely give this an A+. The captain and crew were hard-working and got us on the fish.
