We had a great time although the fish were not biting the day we went. We caught a few fish, but not that many and not any large onea. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed his company and learned a lot from him.

Capt. Shawn was great and got us out fishing right away. You can tell he loves him some fishing. We choose a two hour tour and it was just right. We caught speckeled trout and Shawn cleaned them for us. We cooked them up that night, delicious. Super fun will definitely book again.

Fishing in the midday can be very difficult, but Capt. Shawn put us on the fish and made sure that we caught keepers and made the overall experience excellent! His advice on how to catch the fish was also helpful for fishing on our own! Highly recommend Bama Bandit Charters!

Even with weather conditions that weren’t ideal, Captain Shawn gave us a successful fishing trip. We caught a few fish worth eating along with a BULL SHARK and two STINGRAYS! Shawn conveniently filleted and bagged up the catfish and white trout for us. I highly recommend captain shawn if you’re looking for an experienced captain in the Gulf Shores area! Can’t wait to see him again on our next trip!
