will start off with Shaun is the best captain tou could ask for… hands down. my son and i came down to San Diego for some one on one time during his Spring Break and had a great time out on Shaun’s boat. Even with 3-4’ swells (pretty rough) Shaun got us on fish and made what could have been a bad trip into one i would do again with him again 💯. thanks Shaun for making this such an awesome experience!

We wanted to get our grandsons interested in fishing. So we took them out on a half day trip. They caught fish and throughly enjoyed themselves. If you wonder if we accomplished our goal to get them hooked then I would say absolutely.  Captain Shaun was knowledgeable and informative about the area and all the different species we would be catching. Our fishing trip was so much fun we will definitely be doing it again.

Capt Shaun was everything we couldve asked for. Great conversation, very knowledgable, and willing to go above and beyond to make your trip successful! We went out and caught some fish to keep and eat, then switched it up and went trolling around to see if any sport fish were in the area. He is very adaptive to what ever you want to do and he has the experience to put you on fish!

We did a 5 hour in shore trip. Shaun was awesome. We were catching fish within 5 minutes of having bait in the water. Shaun was very attentive to our kids, keeping them distracted with fish instead of thinking about being sea sick. We even got to see a whale. If we’re ever in the San Diego again, we will definitely be booking with Pelican Sportfishing.
