We went in early spring when not many species were in season, Captain explained that the waters were not ideal for the trolling experience and encouraged us to change to bottom fishing. We caught fish and had a blast. Captain Seth and Fisher are good folk!

8 family members took a morning 3 hour trip with Captain Seth and crew member Fisher.  Weather was sunny, but cool.  Trolling did not result in fish, but the bottom fishing was outstanding.  Caught 5 different species but mostly Red Snapper.  Everybody had big smiles when Captain Seth got us onto the fish.  Fisher was running in circles helping everyone with their catch.  What a great time!  We would certainly do this again!

No kidding, deck hand’s name was Ben, and the Captain’s name was Jerry.  I thought that was great.  Well, we struck out trolling, but we tore them up bottom fishing.  Only problem was the Red Snapper isn’t in season until June so we couldn’t keep any of them, but we caught mackerel, trigger fish, but only could keep one.  My boys had a good time.  They slept the whole way back.  Thanks Guys!  See you in the Summer!

Captain Jerry and Cooper were great.  We had fun on the RIP Current. The fish weren’t bitting very well but Capt Jerry made sure that we all caught something. Cooper was on it with anything we needed. We were disappointed in that we booked the RIP Tide with Captain Seth based on Seth’s video and that the RIP Tide was 45 ft. When we got there we found out we were going on the RIP Current, 38 ft, with Captain Jerry. I had been messaging with them and no one mentioned it would be a different boat or crew.

It was a great time for 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 16-7. We caught a lot of fish and always busy with kids having fun to pull in fish as we were going out to places to drift. Mike and Gage were great to move us to new spots fir fish instead of just sitting in one place with fish not hitting. That also broke of the trip a little and 6 hours was over too fast fir some. Just right for others. Gage was really very excited to help us and did not get frustrated with us at all. Zeke’s Marina was a great place for parking and connecting with charter boat.
