Great day out fishing with Matt. He is very knowledgeable and i cant wait to do it again.
We had a great jetty fishing trip! The captain was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. We caught plenty of fish, and he even cleaned, prepped, and bagged our catch for us at the dock.
As a bonus, we found a local spot called Huli Huli Hut where they would cook your fresh catch, which made for a fantastic meal.
The boat itself shows some wear and tear cosmetically, but the outboards are newer, and the boat handled the weather and waves very well. Any issues were purely cosmetic and did not affect the trip.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book with them again if we’re back in the area.

Had a great time with CPT Matt. nice big clean boat handled the waves well and got us out to the jetties quickky. We got om fish quixkly and pulled in Drum, Sheepshead, and Redfish. Also the annoying Ladyfish and Hardheads. Had a couple large Jacks break off line. The highlight was by far my 12 yr old son bringing in a 44in Bull Red on 15 lb mono!
Matt was a great captain for our first successful family fishing trip. The first day we booked in June, the weather didn’t look too great but we pressed on. Only about 30 minutes into the trip, we started getting poured on. Matt was able to re-book us for later in the summer on another morning trip.
For our second try, the weather was great! We left the plan up to him as to what to fish for in the bay so that we could catch as much as possible. We targeted speckled trout and the whole family caught something. He was great with our kids and was teaching us how to be patient and set the hook to get the trout on the line. Highly recommend!

My son loves to fish. For his birthday, we did a charter. With one high stress adult, a birthday teen and a younger child, we all wanted something different - 1) Mom: To relax on a boat with no work and kids having fun, 2) Younger child - To catch fish herself, and 3) Birthday teen - To catch the biggest fish or shark of his life. All three came true with a monster shark right at the end that was as tall as the guide and around 100 pounds. It’s been the most talked about birthday ever. We really appreciate it!

Awesome fishing trip from start to finish! Captain Matt was fantastic—super funny, easygoing, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.
