Only caught a few, but enjoyed being out on the water in a beautiful day

Great trip.  Limited out in 2 hours

Let me just start by saying, if you wanna book a striper trip at Lake Texoma , you need to book with Captain Ed!!!!!!

He was a great communicator, he called me shortly after I reserved the booking and communicated with me all the way up until the trip. He answered all my calls and texts with any questions I had. Now let’s get to the good stuff…

We met at 6am, he had already been up since 2am catching a lot of bait for us. He had a really nice Boston Whaler boat with live scope, radar, so many poles and everything you need to be successful. He even let my friend borrow a pair of rubber boots because we thought it might rain.
We got to his fishing spot around 630-7 and he put us right on the striper. We were catching fish left and right. We limited out in probably about 60-90 mins and then did another hour or two catching and releasing. We caught some good size fish.

Then he cleaned all our fish for us and bagged the meat up for us to take home. He was knowledgeable and helpful and super friendly. Telling great stories too! So if you want a great experience at Lake Texoma catching some striper, I strongly recommend using Captain Ed. I know I will be using him everytime I come back into town!!!
