We had early bad weather for a morning bay fishing trip and Captain Rene waited almost 4 hours to take us out on the water. There were 4 of us and three were women who needed a lot of help and the captain was very patient with instruction and kept the ladies engaged when not catching fish. He did find fish however which made their day and also threw in a little historical knowledge of the areas we fished. He was a great captain and a great tour guide. Captain Rene Garcia is the best guide we have ever had. He not only made fish catching happen but was honest about what to expect and explained the jetties to us so it made sense what we were doing. We caught some drum keepers and some bait fish which turned into a thrilling 150 lb stingray and a huge shark. By sons and I had the best fishing trip ever. Captain Rene is so accommodating and kind. Captain Rene was amazing. He was very easy-going, interactive with the kids, and very engaged. He took his time with us and make sure everyone was having a good time. He’s a very kind individual. I highly recommend him!

Capt. Rene was awesome! The fishing was great, We got into several species of fish. Capt. Rene was outstanding working with our two young kids. He was patient and coached them in a way they could understand. He spent time with them explaining everything from the bait he uses to how he fillets fish. Great trip for a families and serious anglers.

I’ve fished with many guides, all over the world.  This was a trip w/ my two sons, 11 & 7, and couldnt be happier.  Capt Rene was great with the kids.  He’s patient, clear with instructions, amd always happy to help.  We’ll definitely fish with Rene again.  100% recommend.  yeah… we caught a mess of fish too!!!!
