Captain Rene is an extremely knowledgeable, enthusiatic guide. We tossed lures, used live bait, and trolled, all vert successfully. We just started bottom jigging wheb my 80 year-old father called it quits (a 14-pound snook wore him out). I would absoluely book again. It was a great time, and a wondeful memory for me and my Dad.

The communication before the trip was fabulous. They picked us up right at our hotel he catered the trip just for us what we wanted to catch what we wanted to drink what kind of fishing poles it was amazing we all caught quite a few fish even had a tarpon hit, but couldn’t land it. I can’t wait to come back Bruce Zoschnick.

This was my second trip with Rene, and just like before, he was fantastic. He knows the area inside and out and makes sure you’re targeting the fish you’re after. He’s a great guide—fun, patient, and always willing to teach the techniques that actually work. We had an absolute blast chasing tarpon and a school of peacock bass, and even got lucky with a rare sighting of a black dolphin. Thanks, Rene, for another amazing trip. Had a great day with my 13 year old daughter and Capt Carlos on the canal. Carlos was very patient with my daughter allowing her to catch many fishes while I did a bit of fly fishing. We also saw 3 species monkeys, iguana, a sloth, a crocodile and tons of exotic birds.  An awesome trip !
