We booked this trip for our senior graduates and the trip did not disappoint! The boat was awesome, clean, and very roomy. The captain was the most friendly and knowledgeable of all captains and well experienced with the deep waters! The deck hand was phenomenal and an expert in her field. Im sure she will be captain of her own ship one day! We caught snapper, amber jack, grouper, and very big trigger fish! One of the best fishing experiences and we will book again! Also thanks for the restaurant recommendation to cook our fish it was delicious and great service as well!! We will book again!!

We were a family of 5, 2 willing adults to fish, one child with no interest in fishing and a somewhat handicap mother in law who just wanted to ride on the boat, Captain Mike was very accommodating for my mother in law, we got out on the water and caught plenty of spanish mackerel and vermillion snapper, Kim was super nice and stayed busy with just the two of us primarily fishing, had a pretty good catch and probably would of been better with with more anglers but overall super happy, will book again next time we are in the area. we did 5 hour pm

This was my family’s first time on a charter! And we were NOT let down! Capitan Mike and first mate terri were nothing short of amazing in helping us in every way and great with the kiddos, helping them to cast/ reel in a keeping our poles in the water ready to catch the next fish ! We had a great experience! Cant wait to book with Sure Shot Fishing Charters again!  We were treated just like family.  Got to catch our limit for opening day Snapper season. 😁

Our family had a fun time fishing with sure shot! Kim and Captain Mike were down to earth people who cared about whether or not our family had a good time and caught some fish. Kim was Johnny on the spot with helping rebate our hooks and grabbing all the fish we caught. Since we had to bottom fish instead of troll, Captain Mike made sure that we had perfect spots so we were able to catch some trigger fish, sand perch, and red snapper! We appreciate all of their hard work! :)

There was so many great things about our charter it’s hard to pick out a few.  Captain very friendly, sense of humor, truly wanted to give a welcoming environment and experience, the deck hand same. They were both chatty , but without feeling like you were just avoiding awkward silence.  The boat was great. The AC cabin was a game changer when going fishing with younger children (9,13). They could escape the heat when needed and engage in the action when they had cooled off.  Of course c the most important part! Could they get us on the fish?  YES. I’ve had about a dozen charters in my life, but non could top this.  We did the troll/bottom fishing 6 hour. Perfect length.  Even though we could have been back to the dock in half that time, cause the Captain put us on the honey hole and we limited out on big and bigger red snapper in about 1 hour.  I say an hour but it was probably quicker.  But they didn’t stop here. We just did an extended trolling portion of the trip and caught another 12-16 fish on the way back in.  Over all this was one of the greatest days on the water I’ve had.  Everyone had a great time. We ranged from 9 years old to 65.  And I’d book again in this boat and this captain in a heart beat.  Matter fact I’d probably plan my trip around his availability, it was that good.  Do yourself a favor and book your trip , even if it was only half as good as ours it would be a great day!!!  Thank you for making core memories for my two sons.
