At 70 years old we caught so many fish over 12 pounds I let my son pull the last 4 into the boat Captain Art was great. He shared how he can put out up to 8 or 9 lines at one time without the getting tangled up during the trip. He cleaned the fish and let us know the local famous John Cross fishery here in Charlevoix could smoke them- we took three, two to be smoked by the John Cross company. Although the day of our trip, we had a little misunderstanding, Captain Kent called and spoke to me about our experience. I felt like he really truly cared. I am fully satisfied after our conversation and would book with Whitecap Charters again. It’s hard to find people who care, so if you are looking to book with someone who does, there’s no need to look any further. Thank you Captain Kent.

Heather, I’m glad we got the talk about about some of the problems that arose and get them cleared up with you. Sorry for make not explaining everything but I thought fishing booker had that covered. Like we talked about what you thought was an overcharge, being the 3.5% service fee that is charged. If there is a next time and I hope there will be please call if you have any concerns.
