Captain was great - that made all the difference between an ok trip and a great trip. Captain Charles was knowledgeable, courteous, and a good conversationalist. He helped the novices and let the experienced fisherman do their thing with just the right touch. Captain Charles knew lots of great spots and checked with his fellow captains on where the fish were biting . We experienced fishing in spots and trawl fishing for mackerel. Booked a fishing trip for the guys with Kokomo Charters in Port St. Joe and they had the best time. Captain Charles was incredibly personable and really worked to find the best fishing spots. They came back with black drum, Spanish mackerel, and trout — and a whole lot of stories. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This was my second time fishing with Capt. Charles, and it will not be my last. He led us to a very successful day on the water. He kept myself and 2 friends, who had never fished in salt water before, consistently on fish all day. Whether you’re experienced, or have never fished before, you’re sure to have a good time.
