The fishing was slow in the morning but picked up in the afternoon. We had a great time and it felt more like fishing with a friend than a charter. I would absolutely go back.

Excellent day on the water. We caught 2 good sized Strippers when the captain put us in the middle of a bait feeding season! His boat is clean, fast and comfortable! Thank you Captain Van!
Captain Van was great. It was a slow day but he worked hard, moved around, and didn’t end our trip until we caught fish. He was great. I highly recommend and will book again in the future. Thank you Captain!
My girlfriend and I wanted to make the most of summer and decided to charter a half day trip with Captain Van. Sunrise in the Boston Harbor was a highlight in and of itself, and we caught some 15-pound stripers that Captain Van was kind enough to filet for us and which we used for a fantastic dinner.
The boat is very spacious would easily accommodate a larger group, and Captain Van is a lot of fun on the boat. We highly recommend and will making another trip in the spring.

Our family had a fabulous day on the water with Captain Van, first catching bait fish then ultimately getting into keeper stripers. Captain Van got us on fish when other boats weren’t catching. Top notch in every way!
