Michael & Molly from Miami are joining us for 2 days Offshore fishing aboard GOOD DAY out of Marina Pez Vela Costa Rica. After an ultra slow day for us on Sunday where we lost a Sailfish, missed another but caught nothing apart from Bonitos, it was great to get in amongst some fish again yesterday. Catch report for yesterday 4 for 7 on Sailfish Michael was SUPER unlucky to lose a Sailfish on the Fly. After the fish teased perfectly, Michael hooked the Sailfish only for his Fly Line to wrap around the armrest on the fighting chair and the line broke like cotton. Super unlucky but it was an unreal experience for Michael to hook a Sail on Fly, watching it inhale his Fly so close to the boat. The GOOD news is, Molly & Michael are back out with us today and we will be looking to set the record straight and try to get Michael his first Billfish on the Fly, wish us luck! ???
