Captain Red & The Abigail III - St. Thomas
If you want to catch alot of fish, consider a near shore bottom fishing trip. The fish are much smaller, but there will likely be much more action.

We trolled for half the trip and bottom fished for the other half. We had a few come off while trolling but they are out there. The bottom fishing bite is super light because its so deep. Start reeling as soon as you feel them bitiing.

We went out 8 miles and fished and caught barracuda and later on we went inshore and fished the rock pile and caught Rupert and various other fish and had a blast!

there is still fish around to catch but what i was told was the bigger game fish run in june-july but for a short trip to st. thomas it was great fishing and catching fish

Wear shoes that have good traction, pack non spray sunscreen, and do not forget to drink water. If you are known to get sea sick I recommend taking ginger capsules before you get on the boat to calm your stomach
