Yes - the fishing was fun, but also the cruise by the Red Beach and lighthouse, the swimming in the sea, the emptying of the fishing nets and then the meal made from the fish we caught made it much more than just fishing. It was just a fun, relaxing day for the family!

We fished in the afternoon due to our cruise ship's schedule and still caught a large golden grouper. You will troll in this location vs casting, so it is more of a passive experience. But the views are beautiful and the water is great for swimming as well. My understanding is May-Jul is the height of the fishing season.

Great for first timers! Prepared the hooks and casted them out for us. Was able to take in the views and then once we got a bite was able to real them in! Helped take the fish off the hook as well.
