What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia for the first time?

The fishing itself was unsuccessful, but the service and attitude left the most pleasant impression. Trevor and the ship's crew did everything they could to make sure we didn't leave without a fish. They tried their best. After fishing, Trevor organized a steam sauna for us - it was very cool. And the highlight of the event was a wonderful dinner with lobster soup and freshly caught fish ceviche. Our whole group returned from fishing in a great mood, we are fascinated by the attitude and service we received.

Truly, the other charter options are just not the same. I highly recommend what other activities Trevor and Holly offer and add it to your fishing day! We had an excellent lunch and dinner cooked by their staff.

Make sure Captain or crew speaks English if you dont speak Spanish. Would never take my kids on a boat without a marine radio.

It can be very humid and hot. Be prepared for the weather and have fun. They take care of everything for you.

Yes I would recommend fishing the reefs. Pre planning is essential as the Windy season can be treacherous.

Not at all. I repeatedly reached out but each time given excuses for a bad experience. Other boat tours are so much better. I know I used them.

The water can be choppy here, so if you have any motion sickness or possibility, bring dramamine.

watch the weather. it was windy that day and if you get seasick, the sea gets kind of nasty.

This was my nephews first trip and they both loved it. Every one should give it a try!!!
