- I'm a marine biologist and the owner of 'La Cachetona.' I love to eat what I catch, and I like helping my customers do the same. My favorite species are Leopard Grouper (Cabrilla), Yellowtail, and Wahoo. I work at Baja Adventure Co. and it is my great pleasure to take people out and show them the beauty of the Sea of Cortez. We are located at Marina Costa Baja, and you are welcome anytime.
