What memories are made of! John, you are an amazing captain! The entire experience was phenomenal from the moment I booked the trip to the moment we stood on the docks, with Evan watching in sheer amazement as you expertly filleted our dinner catch in seconds! Thank you so much for a wonderful first charter trip for us! Darren and I really appreciate the thoughtfulness you put into your business, from reaching out with an initial phone call to customizing the trip to accommodate our touristy whims! I would’ve been fine with a lovely boat ride; how you got the weather AND fish to magically co-operate is above and beyond!! 😉 Additionally, we were honored to meet and be present for Trapper’s first full charter to sea-  he is such a sweetheart! We think you should bring him every time- he could be your mascot!

Footnote- the blue fish is meaty and good; however, our favorite newest fish is Spanish mackerel for sure! We will definitely book a longer charter with you the next time we’re in town and try our hand at mucking around for clams!!!

We had the best time out on the water Captain John! He took us fishing, clamming, swimming, and shelling. 5 out of 6 of us were pretty nervous about clamming and Captain John was so encouraging and we are so thankful he was! It was the best part of our trip. I booked the 3/4 day for the convenience of being able to do what we wanted when we wanted and it was the best decision! Thank you Captain John for making the kids first trip a memorable one.

We had a great trip. Captain John knew where the fish were and we were catching fish shortly after the boat stopped. We caught enough to keep and then catch and release for the remainder of the trip. The captain was very knowledgeable and personable. Great conversation throughout the trip and when we were finished fishing we went on a bird/wildlife viewing that turned out to be great. Would highly recommend…..

John was very personable and accommodating,. He will tailor the trip to whatever your group wants to do. He was very patient with my 19 yo son with special needs and tried to help him catch fish. We also caught a beautiful sunset. He took pictures of our family with the sunset in the background. He even took some pictures and a video on his own phone and texted them to me after the trip. Definitely recommend John!
