We wanted an offshore trip, so we had to book the catamaran. First trip got weathered out, had to postpone almost a month because of my schedule. He was very accommodating while we tried to figure out a good time to go. The seas were a bit rough, but the boat handled it well. he put us on fish right away, we caught sheepshead, Seabass, lots of grouper, although they were out of season. Lots of grunt, but unlike where I am from, they were all really decent size. Came away with around 20 fish, great trip! Would definitely recommend him again.

Great fishing charter out of cedar key, the captain put us on fish fast! Took us quick to an area to get comfortable with the fishing gear, then headed further out for bigger fish, everyone enjoyed the trip and caught fish, caught all kinds of fish from sea trout, black drum, sand trout, bluefish, bonnethead and ladyfish to other smaller ones. The captain was very accommodating to us all, we’ll book again next time we’re in the area!

This was the best charter to date that I’ve ever been on. It actually felt less like a charter and more like a good friend taking you out on the water and putting you on fish and countless scallops. Day 1 was all about scallops and day 2 was more so emphasized on fishing with some scalloping on the way back inshore. Captain Jayson and crew knew exactly where to find them as we got countless scallops within a hour, and that was only the beginning of the day! We continued at a few other spots and had the same success, leaving with a bags and bags full of scallops to go back and prepare one hell of a dinner. On the way back in, we mentioned to captain that if at all possible, we’d like to find some time to fish the next day. He switched his entire plan and day around for us to make sure we could go fishing. He put us on multiple grouper, as well as some big shark that had everyone’s hearts pumping! We hit the scallop spots on the way back inshore to grab some more, and once again found scallop after scallop. In our two days, Jayson showed us countless fishing spots, scalloping spots, and a damn good time. Aside from the professionalism, he was also personable as can be. He took the time over the 2 days to get to know a little bit about everyone and that to me said a lot. Many captains are just there for the money and this guy just emphasized time and time again he just wanted to help provide life lasting memories and a good time, and he did just that and then some. We’ll definitely be back for more fun on the water in the very near future. Thanks again Cap! -Jed

Our captain DJ was super knowledgeable on where would be the best areas to fish even when the weather was less than ideal.
Took a couple hours of chumming the water but it eventually paid off when we hooked 2 large tiger sharks, we couldn’t believe it! An amazing experience and one I will look back on fondly for rest of my life. Definitely check out these guys if youre in Cedar Keys or further afield, it won’t disappoint!

We did a family charter with Captain Dj. Captain Dj was fun to be around and answered all the boys questions with a smile. He was very helpful and informative. We all had a blast and never heard the boys ask when it was time to leave. In fact it was the opposite. They got upset when it was time to leave. We will definitely book again when we’re in Cedar Key!
