This was our second shark fishing trip with Capt Tim and Chincoteague Bay Adventures.  The shark bite was slow at first.  While trying to locate the sharks, one in our group hooked a nice manta ray on light tackle.  The fight was on!  Capt. Tim fired up the motor and gave chase.  The ray aired out a few times making for an epic fight!  We were able to successfully release the majestic manta ray.  While trying to find the shark bite, we caught quite a few whiting for dinner, and plenty of speckled trout. While the trout were undersized, they were a ton of fun to catch.  After we caught plenty of whiting, Capt. Tim moved us to a new spot for the final hour of our trip.  Within minutes, we had our first shark on the boat.  All told, we landed 3 sharks in the last hour of our trip.  With fish and shark for dinner, and memories for a life time, Capt.  Tim delivered the experience we were looking for.  AGAIN!  Thank you for another great trip!

We went on 2 separate trips with Capt. Tim. The first for flounder, which was quite successful. The second was for shark, where although we had one on, the sharks won. On both trips Capt. Tim had us on fish and made the mornings very enjoyable. He kept us busy catching baitfish while seeking out sharks. I had the added excitement of hooking and fighting a ray on the flounder trip. I would look forward to going on a trip with him again, and would highly recommend him to others.

My wife, daughter, and I wanted to go bay fishing while in Chincoteague. My wife and I were most interested in catching some fish to eat, while my daughter thought catching a shark would be an adventure. Capt. Tim covered both bases and we had awesome trip! We managed a nice catch of kingfish which were great on the grill. And my daughter caught and released two sharks. We have memories to last a lifetime and a fish dinner that didn’t last the day!
