Tripetail ate starting to appear in our area. Saturday we stumbled across quite a few and successfully landed a few using the slick lure.

Saturdays trip was going to be a tough one with 20mph plus winds and s neap tide. I let the customers know it was going to be a tough day given the conditions but they understood and wanted to go regardless. We covered and extensive amount of water in the back bay system and finally found some hard fighting Redfish!

This past week we were able to sight fish for big Redfish on light tackle on the flats!

With March upon us its now the beginning of spring break season. This month is one of our top months for catching sheepshead! These fish spawn during this month and stack up on various structures. As it warms we will also catch some of our biggest speckled trout of the year! We also will battle with nice size Redfish and even add quite a few flounder to our catches. During this month I would suggest a 6 hour trip as sometimes these fish will spawn far from the dock and give us more options.

Charter fishing season in Biloxi Mississippi and coastal Mississippi has once again started! After a windy and rainy duck season, I am once again back on the water guiding customers to a day full of adventure fishing our local waters. Our first trip out we caught a diversity of species including; sheepshead, speckled trout, white trout, flounder, and redfish.
