Nice easy trip leaving in the morning from the main pier in zihua. Our captain wasn’t very talkative but very knowledgeable and kind. We hooked up early leaving the bay and trilled out way to the white rocks offshore. Numerous Black Tuna hookups with 1 Mahi Mahi. Got all four rods hiked up near the white rocks. Continued south past Barra de Potosi and tried casting for Jack. Harder than it looks to balance. Nada Jack but we did see bottlenose dolphins feeding in the surf. Headed back by 1pm booking into 3 more Mahi Mahi on the troll back. Gosh was delicious - grilled at home later that night. Perfecto!

Alan worked hard with me to try and catch every type of fish offered in the area this time of year.
Skip jack were easy to catch but the Mahi took a little longer but was worth it.  Yellow tail and Spanish Mackerel never showed but Alan tried.
We trolled for hours and even hooked a grouper that broke the line.

We were greeted early. We went out quite a bit to catch these two. Our captain Alan kept searching for the right spot. The they hit. AMAZING. we could not bidve it. Brought them back. Had our hot grill the sail fish with butter and garlic. Yum.

Had a great time fishing with Alan and even though we have little fishing experience we managed to catch our lunch.  Snorkeling was also absolutely beautiful.  Highly recommend! Thank you
